No pollution control clearance shall be required for the Green category of industries. Expeditious clearance to Orange SSI and Medium Scale Industries would be given on long- term basis as provided under the relevant rules. | | | | | 30.3 | Inspection would only be carried out on periodic basis inaddition to those at the time of expansion/ modernisation or diversification. |
